Most companies bury this page. We think you deserve to know exactly who pays us, because it explains why you can trust what we show you.
Checking a flight, the live delay map, the rebooking options across airlines and airports, the ground alternatives, your compensation rights, and the words to say at the desk. No account required to look, no card required ever.
If you book a hotel for the night, a rental car, or travel insurance through a link on TripHero, the provider pays us a commission. It costs you nothing extra, and every such link is disclosed where you see it.
The rule that makes this work: commissions never change the order of your options. If driving beats every flight tonight, driving is listed first, even though nobody pays us when you take your own car. If your checked bag cannot follow you to another airline, we say so, even when the switch would have earned us a booking.
The ranking is never paid. The moment that stops being true, this product is worthless, and we know it.
We are exploring a small one-time fee, in the neighborhood of a coffee and a sandwich, for the full guided rescue at the moment your trip falls apart: the ranked options, the scripts, the claims, all of it hand-held. Not built yet, so we will not sell it yet. When it exists, the free tools stay free.
No subscriptions. No banner ads. No selling your data. No pay-to-rank placements from airlines or booking sites. A disruption tool you cannot trust at 11 pm in a closed terminal is not worth building.
